Drew Hardin comes to Cherry Creek Country Club with twenty years of experience in professional kitchens. He has been a chef at many of the great Denver restaurants including Vesta Dipping Grill, Steuben’s, Elway’s, and Lola.  Most recently he comes to us from a Golf and Lake Club in North Carolina called Mountaintop, part of Discovery Land Company’s Country Club Communities. Drew’s knowledge and passion for food makes him an ideal fit as part of the Cherry Creek Country Club Culinary Team.

In his free time, he enjoys time with his wife, fishing, and camping.

Kristin has lived in Denver for the past 11 years and is originally from Kansas City, Mo.  She comes from a hospitality background ranging from casinos (Ameristar) to brick and mortar restaurants (Bar Dough, Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar, Lola Mexican Fish House).  Country clubs are a new experience for her and an exciting challenge! 

In her spare time, Kristin enjoy spending time with friends and family, dining out, enjoying the outdoors with my pup, Mia, or just relaxing at home.

Position: Men's Grill Manager

Eric joined the Cherry Creek Country Club team in October 2010. He has previously worked in hospitality management for nine years and in the golf industry at Castle Pines Golf Club for Five Seasons. Eric is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Resort Recreation Management and Business Administration. 

During his time away from the Men’s Grill he enjoys a variety of outdoor sports and being with his family.
